Savings Till Sheet

The Savings till Sheet report is a control report that displays a list of all cash and cheque savings transactions done by a cashiers for a particular day.

The report lists the accounts transaction details and the corresponding Deposits and Withdrawals for each transaction. In addition, a summary of all the transactions per branch and the total transactions listed are also displayed

How to view the Savings Till Sheet

To access the Savings till Sheet go to Savings/Savings Report/Savings Till Sheet and a screen like one below is displayed:

• Date: From the drop down enter the date on which you want the till sheet to display e.g. "01/01/2017"
• Branch Code: Choose a specific branchthat you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all branches.
• Product: Choose a specific savings product that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all products.
• Geographical Area: From the drop-down select a specific geographical area  that you want to be reported on e.g Kampala.
• Client category 1: Choose a client category 1 optionthat you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include clients in category 1.
• Client category 2: Choose a client category 2 option that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all clients in category 2.
• Client category 3: Choose a client category 3 optionthat you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all clients in category 3.
• Cost centre: Choose a specific cost centre  that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all cost centres.
• Gender: Choose the gender  from the drop-down or tick the check-box Check for all to include both sexes.

3         Select any other appropriate options.

4         Click on the OK button to display the report. (See example below)
